VetrinaX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

Refunds are handled directly by VetrinaX. To request one, email vetrinaxstudio@outlook.it with the email address used for the purchase, the order number, or your brief reference. Approved refunds are issued through our online store to the original payment method.
